1. Assess the Severity

Minor Damage: If the damage is small (e.g., a chip or crack smaller than a pound coin) and not in the driver's eyeline, you can continue your journey while keeping an eye on it.

Severe Damage: For safety reasons, if the damage is extensive, you might need to get it repaired immediately. Our On Road Support team can guide you in finding a qualified technician.

Once there, select "Accident", complete the Accident Reporting Form with as much detail as you can, and include clear photos of the damage.
