How to Request Roadside Assistance

  2. Fill out the form with detailed information about your situation.

  3. You’ll be directed to the appropriate roadside assistance service.

Important: The service provider may vary depending on your country of hire, country of travel, or vehicle model. To ensure you receive the correct assistance, please double-check your vehicle details when submitting the form.

What’s Not Covered

While roadside assistance is here to support you, some situations are not included in the coverage:

  • Flat tyres (requiring towing)

  • Flat vehicle battery

  • Locked-in keys

  • Insufficient or incorrect fuel

Assistance can still be arranged for these issues; however, you will be billed directly by the service provider for these specific services.
