Prior to return, guests should:
Empty and sanitise the toilet cassette
Please ensure the cassette and waste tanks are empty on return as we do not have facilities on site to empty waste. A fine of up to £250 / €300 may be applied if not emptied.
Return fuel with the same level as collection
This is shown on the rental agreement, unless you have purchased Drop & Go. Wash and put away your kitchenware
Bag all bedding
Ready to give back to our crew.
Empty all rubbish
We encourage you to recycle your rubbish.
Wipe down all hard surfaces
including the toilet and shower
Return times
We are open for returns from 8am to 10am. Please return at the time agreed during pick up.
Refill gas tank
If your motorhome has an LPG tank, you’ll need to return it full unless you have purchased Drop & Go. View LPG locations here: www.mylpg.eu/
Drain both the fresh and wastewater
in a designated waste disposal area.
Remove food and drinks
from cupboards and fridges.
Sweep out the van
with the dustpan and brush provided.
Pack your suitcases
You are almost ready for home!
Remember! Disposal of waste outside campsites and designated disposal facilities is illegal.
